The Sr. IT Project Manager is responsible for the overall technical project delivery of large projects in Applications and/or Infrastructure to support business solutions.

Job description

• Manage the end to end delivery of large / complex projects
• Primary liaison with the Steering Committee and Project Sponsors
• Work with various business teams, team leads and the steering committee to define and manage scope
• Acquisition, assignment and ongoing management of project resources
• Acquisition, assignment and overall responsibility for partner consulting resources
• Provide performance feedback to business team leads
• Communication of project status to the Steering Committee, Project Sponsor and the Project team
• Monitor and facilitate the issue resolution process
• Proactively anticipate project “deviations” and be responsible for taking immediate corrective action
• Obtain an understanding of the overall business process integration in the company’s environment
• Participate in the decomposition of the company’s business processes

Applicant qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related business area
• 5 – 10 years experience in the area of technical project management
• Prior project management experience with Oracle EBS R12 or other ERP implementations
• Experience in leading global implementations of ERP applications
• Extensive experience in to process re-engineering disciplines and exercises
• Maintains knowledge of business processes
• Ability to maintain a “big picture” view of the project’s goals while performing detail analysis tasks

Job description

The job holder will support the Division in the development of DDL projects across EMEA. DDL are a new product range for ASSA ABLOY and the job holder will work with the Yale EMEA team and the regional sales and marketing departments to develop an EMEA roll out plan, to deliver consistent branding, pricing and marketing initiatives and to identify and develop market opportunities for selling DDL products

Principle Accountabilities:

• Identify new market opportunities for DDL products across EMEA
• Work with local markets to clearly specify market and product requirements.
• Support the development of market launch programmes including branding, pricing and technical support networks
• Set pricing, branding and marketing guidelines for DDL products across EMEA ensuring a logical, consistent approach is followed.
• Acts as the ‘Regional Product Manager’ in smaller EMEA regions, taking full responsibility for project managing and co-ordinating product launches.
. Acts as the Product Manager for the existing APAC Yale Gateman range of DDLs setting pricing policies and co-ordinating all marketing activity across EMEA.

The job holder will be the DDL product champion, developing the EMEA product generation plan for DDL and then ensuring that all EMEA’s DDL product development projects are delivered on time and to budget.
